Artist statement:
Found objects, personal pieces and archives are the primary resources researched to present my art .…thus establishing an installation of contemporary records to share with an audience. My exhibitions celebrate creativity through alternate photographic practices and the presentation of monochrome imagery, thematic oil paintings and installations. Lived experience, informal records and impressions from family albums also nurture my artwork. My artist books allow a transition of information from passive to public by the audiences’ tactile engagement.
